Meet our Founder Glen Moret

With a background in real estate, marketing and journalism, Glen Moret knows a thing or two about making engaging content.

Glen started out in real estate as a leasing agent at McGrath before moving on to a sales and marketing role at LJ Hooker. He then moved into a marketing coordinator role at high-end property developer Mirvac.

Glen then took on a career in TV, radio and online journalism for six years, initially working as a producer at the ABC’s 24-hour News Channel. He then went around the country with the ABC in different reporting roles and won the South Australian Media Award for Best Current Affairs Reporting in 2019. Glen also worked as a videographer at BBC News creating viral social media videos.

He then went on to work as a Social Media Producer at the ABC, helping ABC staff across Australia make engaging social media content, posting breaking news stories, graphics and posts across all major ABC social media pages and managing controversial and legally sensitive social media posts and comments.

After starting Agent Social in 2015 as a side gig while working in news, Glen took on Agent Social full time in early 2020 after finishing up at the ABC to focus on his real estate marketing business.

All Agent Social clients communicate directly with Glen who manages a team of social media post and ad makers, videographers and photographers. All client content is either made or checked by Glen before it goes live on their social media pages.

The Agent Social Business

Agent Social was established in 2015 by journalist and marketer Glen Moret.

Our first client was at Bondi and we now work with clients across the country including many agents, offices, real estate brands and property developers who are listing and selling in Australia’s most exclusive and in-demand suburbs.

Agent Social was born out of a need to deliver content people actually want to see and engage with on social media. We then promote this content out to highly specific areas where your target clients already live.

We understand what works best on social media and how you can gain traction with your target clients through great content and promotion strategies.

We aren’t into ‘ego metrics’ - you won’t find us recommending a strategy just for ‘likes’. Instead, we work with you to understand who your target clients are - then create specific content across social media that pulls them in to remember you through repeated content exposure - so when it comes time to selling they already know who they will call: you.
